Where is Super Cruzer E-Bike Hire based at?
We are a local family owned and operated Electric Bike Hire business based on beautiful Phillip Island, Victoria.
Where do we meet?
You choose your starting point, whether it’s at your accommodation, point of interest, café or bar - and we come to you. We then pick up the bikes at the same place or another pre-arranged point. Easy!
Can we hire your E-Bikes outside Phillip Island?
Yes! Based on Phillip Island we are hitting distance from San Remo, the famous Kilcunda Trestle Bridge and Bass Coast Rail Trail. For enquiries for The Mornington Peninsula give us a call.

What are your opening times?
We are open 7 days a week BUT it is recommended you book ahead to avoid disappointment.
We offer 2 daily sessions with the following time slots*:
9.00am – 12.00 pm and 1.00 pm – 4.00 pm
As weather in Victoria can be very unpredictable we can be flexible on the day to suit conditions and maximise your experience.

What are your Phillip Island e-bike hire prices?
Prices 2020/2021
- Option 1 : 4 hr $100 per bike
- Option 2 : 2,5 -3 hr $75 per bike
- Option 3 : 1 hr $50 per bike ( Cowes only)
SUNSET HIRE AVAILABLE 5.30 pm - 8 pm $75 per bike.
What can you see on Phillip Island on a hire Ebike?
There is a lot of Phillip Island you can cover within our sessions.
Whether its downtown Cowes, Pyramid Rock, The Nobbies, Rhyll Inlet State Wildlife Reserve, Woolamai, Silverleaves, Surfbeach or across the bridge to San Remo we have you covered, the options are endless.
How long can we hire the Super Cruzer E-bikes for?
- Option 1 : 4 hr $100 per bike
- Option 2 : 2,5 -3 hr $75 per bike
- Option 3 : 1 hr $50 per bike ( Cowes only)

Can I take a drink bottle on the Super Cruzer E-Bike?
YES, you can!
Can I take a passenger on the Super Cruzer E-Bike?
NO!
Do I need to peddle the Super Cruzer E-Bike?
YES! The rider is required to pedal for the motor to operate - however the bikes are pedal assist so climbing hills etc is a breeze for any rider level
Do you have a child seat which we can use?
No
Do you hire helmets?
YES, but only if you have booked a Super Cruzer E-Bike Session
Do I need bike riding experience?
YES! You need to have at least mountain bike riding skills
Do I need ebike, e-bike or electronic bike riding experience?
No, you only need basic mountain bike riding skills
Can you teach me how to ride a bike?
NO! We cannot put time into people who can’t ride a bike, are not confident or haven’t ridden a bike in a long time.
Do I need to know the road rules?
YES! Cyclists are required to obey the same road rules as drivers, plus some additional bicycle-specific rules. Like all road users, cyclists can be fined for failing to follow these rules.
Can I ride on footpaths?
Cyclists in Victoria are permitted to ride on the roads, on bike paths and on shared footpaths. Cyclists are generally not allowed to ride on pedestrian footpaths
Can I ride a Super Cruzer E-Bike on the beach on Phillip Island?
NO! You cannot ride your bike on the beach in Phillip Island due to the amount of hooded plovers nesting areas and the amount of public in the peak season.
Is there a cleaning fee for our bikes?
YES! Unfortunately not everyone has respect towards business equipment and therefore IF you return the bike in an disrespectful state we will charge you $25 per bike as a cleaning fee. So please have the respect for our equipment so everyone out there can enjoy it.
